The Process

DSC_0007 Harvest begins late August into September where the grapes are crushed, destemmed, and pressed. From there the initial fermentation and the rest of processing takes place all the way to bottling and selling the wines made. Paul and Sheila are committed to making wines from their grape varietals and hope to have estate wines in the future.
